On the Navigation panel, select the Care Management toggle and select Settings.

Select
Care Pathways.

Select the care pathway that you want to modify.

Select
Edit.

Do one of the following actions:

In the Care Pathway Details section, you can edit the Name, Status, or Description for the care pathway.

In the Intervention Template section, you can add an existing or new intervention.

Select
Save.
